| Sun Link Sea|Taiwan Tea No. 12|Fully Oxidized|Light Roast |
75 g (2.65 oz)
Full oxidation and light roasting, the leaves are twisted into strips, creating a honey-scented black tea.
Tea trees are cultivated using natural farming methods and are completely free from chemical agents, nurtured and harvested through natural means. In the natural environment, after tea buds are sucked by small green leafhoppers, they produce specific compounds to attract the natural predators of these leafhoppers, such as the white-spotted assassin spiders, as a defense mechanism. These compounds, through subsequent processing, naturally develop into a gentle and appealing aroma known as "honey fragrance" (also referred to as "Yan Tsai Qi"). The resulting tea exudes an elegant aroma and offers a smooth, sweet taste.
This natural honey fragrance is truly unique and cannot be replicated artificially.
Even though it can't be produced in large quantities, every sip you take is a taste of high-quality, toxin-free goodness.
